Recruitment 101

Join us for an evening all about Primary Recruitment and sorority life! At this event, we will cover basic information on what to expect during the recruitment process, Panhellenic terminology and recruitment tips and preparation. We will also touch on letters of recommendation, legacies, basic RFM (recruitment figure methodology) and more.

A large part of the evening will focus on the panel, where we will have current sorority collegians and recent alumnae from different colleges/universities, including a representative from Arkansas and Nebraska, to answer questions about their sorority experience!

*The target audience for this event is potential new members of a sorority and family who want to learn more.

8:15-8:45 pm - School-Based Break-Outs
8:45 pm - Program Ends
8:45-9:00 pm - Extra time for mingling and questions
